New Publication: Human Cell Atlas Reference for PBMCs (HARP)
The Human Cell Atlas Immune Bionetwork is pleased to announce the publication of their Human Cell Atlas Reference for PBMCs (HARP) on CAP. HARP is an integrated atlas of 15 single-cell RNA sequencing studies from around the globe. Our data represents ~9 million cells and ~2,600 donors, spanning healthy and COVID patients. The atlas was assembled by members of the HCA Immune Bionetwork bridging multiple continents and institutions who participated in developing a high-quality atlas using optimized integration techniques and consensus annotation for a total of 192 unique cell states. Our initial studies highlight potential uses for the atlas, including insights into sex, age and disease.
We invite immunologists, ontologists and peripheral immune cell enthusiasts alike to peruse the atlas and participate in finalizing a consensus annotation across the broader community.
