split into 3 groups

Angiogenic VECs (Leiden cluster 4):
Endothelial ACKR1+ VECs (cluster 13):
- ANGPT1
- ACKR1
SOX17-SEMA3G VECs (cluster 14):
- SOX17
- SEMA3G

Just checking the differentially expressed genes with the Leiden clustering resolution 1.0, the three subclusers appear to be solid:
--- cluster 4: ANGPT2, SOX18, F2RL3 point to angiogensis
--- cluster 13: ACKR1, ANGPT1 point to vascular stabilization & vessel maturation
--- cluster 14: SOX17 & SEMA3G: vascular stability + shear stress adaption + angiogensis

split into 2 groups

Follicular B cells, Mature Naïve B cells:
Plasma Cells or Memory B cells:

I think we can safely separate these two clusters into more refined B cell subtypes: Mature B cells (Follicular B2 B cells) and the second group could be Memory B cells or IgA Plasma cells---it's probably a mixture to be honest.
